When are sessions scheduled?

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, 10am - 6pm.

I meet with clients on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Typically, counseling is most productive when we meet weekly to start and then fade back after reaching goals and expected outcomes. Six to ten sessions are often recommended to see significant progress towards goals. Additionally, some individuals find it helpful to maintain regular sessions even after reaching initial goals. The focus might then switch to maintaining progress and/or processing issues as they come up on an as needed basis. Please feel welcome to discuss this further with me at your preference.

In person or video conferencing?

Both in person and video appointments are available. Video appointments are conducted through a Telehealth HIPPA compliant platform, accessible with laptop or smart phone devices. 

Do you accept insurance?

No, I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide formal documentation/receipts called "Superbills", if this is something your insurance provider is able to reimburse. This is something you would need to confirm with your insurance provider prior to the session, as you will be required to render costs for services at time of each session.
