Rebecca Brady, ACSW

My name is Rebecca. I am an associate level therapist and specialize in helping others alleviate psychological suffering, while discovering meaning and purpose in their lives. My therapeutic approach is greatly influenced by Victor Frankl and his approach to psychotherapy called "Logotherapy". Frankl taught that when a person discovers a unique sense of meaning for their lives, the pain associated with their current life circumstance often subsides. The work I do is aligned well with the truths of the Catholic faith, and I very much enjoy integrating Catholic spirituality into the healing process.

My training and educational background includes psychology, theology, and clinical social work. I also have personal experience in discernment and religious formation within a Carmelite Monastery, as well as practical experience living my primary vocation as a wife and mother (of four children here with us and one gone to the Lord).

I have a special interest in identity issues, adjustment, mood, and anxiety disorders, geriatrics (65+), maternal mental health, and issues related to faith and spirituality.
