Sessions are offered in person and by video for clients in California. Video sessions are offered to clients in Florida. ​​

• Marriage Counseling, Couples, Families

• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, EMDR​*

• Internal Family Systems,  IFS Level 1 Trained

Costs:

Sessions with Patience Silva, LCSW:

$200 Individual Therapy (45-50 minute session) ​

$250 Marriage & Couples Counseling (45-50 minute session)

Sessions with Elizabeth Lopez, AMFT:

$140 Individual Therapy (45-50 minute session) 

$140 Parent & Child (45-50 minute session)

Payment is accepted in cash, check, HSA/FSA, or by credit card. There is a $5 processing fee for card transactions.

While we don’t bill insurance directly, we’re happy to provide a Superbill for you to submit. Many insurance plans will reimburse for these, but we recommend checking with your insurance provider about coverage, including for services from an associate or licensed therapist.

*EMDR Information: Eye Movement Desensitation Reprocessing therapy is an evidenced based treatment approach developed by Dr. Francine Shapiro. This approach uses the body to unlocked and process disturbing or traumatic memories associated with difficult symptoms in the present. This type of work brings relief to clients by allowing the disturbing memories from the past to be processed and resolved in a way that's different from traditional talk therapy, an approach that typically involves less talking and more internal processing. This is a wonderful treatment option for clients struggling with trauma or signifiant distress that is connecting to past experiences.
