Hi, I’m Elizabeth! I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from William Jessup University and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UC Davis. I am a passionate Catholic therapist and specialize in supporting children, teens, parents, and young adults. I believe therapy should feel safe, genuine, and encouraging—a place where people feel truly heard, valued, and understood - regardless of age. As a bilingual therapist (English & Spanish), I’m honored to serve individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
I am a cradle Catholic, though truly started to make my faith my own in college. My love for the Catholic faith also deeply informs the compassion, dignity, and hope I bring into my work, and I am happy to integrate faith into sessions when desired. I also recognize that we are all on a different spiritual journey, meaning I know the importance of meeting people where they are at. Especially younger clients, who might share a different faith practice from their parents/families.

Some of my specialized training and experience includes working in a high school setting, supporting adolescents with concerns such as anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, peer relationships, and family challenges. I strive to create a calm and supportive space where young people can build practical coping skills, increase confidence, and better understand their emotions. I work collaboratively with parents and caregivers when appropriate to encourage growth both in and outside of sessions. I also have experience helping youth navigate crisis situations thoughtfully and proactively to support safety and stability in a steady, reassuring way.

With a strong background in school settings, I understand the academic, social, and developmental pressures youth and young adults face today. Whether working with children, adolescents, or young adults, my goal is to provide compassionate, developmentally appropriate care that fosters resilience, self-awareness, and hope.
